目前整個私校體系受少子化的影響，面臨生存的挑戰，少數學校可能正常發薪也有困難，但新竹縣敏實科大突破重圍，1/10宣布，將發放最高3個月年終獎金，且本年度將依績效調高研究費，最高調幅高達50%。
能夠領到高達3個月的年終獎金，學校教職員工開心表情藏不住，直呼對學校有信心！要更努力來拚績效。
對於校務有了爆發性的突破成長，校長曾信超信心滿滿，宣告敏實已經起飛了！
