社群平台推特（twitter）傳出全球大當機！各地用戶陸續回報災情，大量用戶無法登入，試圖登入畫面就會顯示錯誤訊息，且根據通報故障的「Downdetector」網站數據，截至美東時間28日晚間7點40分（台灣29日上午8時40分），美國已有上萬用戶回報登入問題，目前推特官商尚未做出回應。
