有一種好久沒有見過的水果蒲桃,最近有機會品嚐,味道清脆,香氣十足。
筆者居住的東海岸山區,原來生長好幾棵蒲桃樹,經常採食,後來幾乎消失不見,最近又重見一棵。
蒲桃又稱為香果,這種果實於六月間成熟,呈淡黄色,口感脆,香氣濃,不易保存,所以,市場上不一定買得到。
我將尋找蒲桃幼苖或採熟果果實培育,希望在果園多種幾棵,免得蒲桃樹真的消失了。(本文作者∕資深媒體人:温富振)
