許多人在外飲食,會特別挑選油花漂亮的肉來品嚐,從7/1開始,食品管理新制上路後,油脂若混入肉品,做成油花均勻肥美的「高檔牛」重組肉或注脂肉,就須要明確標示,否則最高可開罰400萬元。
民眾對於食安問題越來越重視,注脂肉或重組肉是無法單由外觀辨識的,因此在選購時,務必要留意外包裝、及菜單上的標示,看清楚肉品來源。
提醒民眾,若購入注脂肉或重組肉,也要特別注意烹調方式,必須要烹調至全熟再食用,避免影響自己的健康。
